Pelican Jo’s Pizzeria began as the dream of Mike and Jodi Brady, who set out to bring an East Coast–style neighborhood pizzeria to their new home in Colorado. What started as a small family venture has grown into three thriving locations—each one built on the same dedication to quality ingredients, handcrafted recipes, and genuine, neighbor-like service.

A lot has changed since we first opened our doors 14 years ago, but our core values never have.
